Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Teanium. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Perishable goods and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return.

Where to return, by market

• Georgia: return or exchange in person at Teanium Tea Crafting Store, 22 Noe Zhordania St, Old Town, Batumi.
• Lithuania: mail returns to MB Teanium, Z. Pusje 24-1, Vilnius 14188, Lithuania.
• Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Austria: warehouse return addresses are being finalized market by market. Contact my@teanium.com with your order number and we will send exact instructions.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact my@teanium.com with your order number and details about the item.
• Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds

• Once Teanium receives and inspects the returned item, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the card issuer.

Exchanges

• Teanium replaces items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact my@teanium.com to arrange an exchange.
