Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Teanium. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at my@teanium.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your items.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at my@teanium.com

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at my@teanium.com and send your item to: Address: MB Teanium Ž.Pusjė 24-1, Vilnius 14188, Lithuania.

Shipping:

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Address: MB Teanium Ž.Pusjė 24-1, Vilnius 14188, Lithuania.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
