Shipping Policy
Where we currently ship
- Teanium currently ships within Georgia only: Batumi, Tbilisi, and Kutaisi.
- Store Pickup at Teanium Tea Crafting Store (TTCS Batumi, 22 Noe Zhordania St, Old Town, Batumi) is free.
- Standard delivery within Batumi, Tbilisi, and Kutaisi costs 5 GEL.
- Teanium is expanding to Poland, Lithuania, Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria. These markets are not yet open for online orders; this page updates as each one goes live.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If Teanium experiences a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, Teanium contacts the customer by email or telephone.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Customers receive a Shipment Confirmation email once an order has shipped, containing tracking information where available.
Damages
- Teanium is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If an order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
